Order Processing Time

Orders placed during business hours are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

• Cutoff Time: Orders received after 5:00 PM MST are processed the next business day.

• Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.

Orders submitted through our direct sales lines or website after hours will be entered into our system on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Durity Distribution offers flat-rate shipping for all orders:

• Orders less than one pallet: Flat rate of $30

• Orders of one pallet or more: Flat rate of $250

Shipping rates are applied at checkout based on total order volume.

Shipping Timeframes

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Customers typically receive their orders within approximately one week of the purchase date.

• Same-day shipping may be available, depending on the current order volume and queue.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, non-branded boxes to maintain discretion and protect customer privacy.

International Shipping & Special Delivery Requests

Durity Distribution ships internationally and accommodates special delivery requests when possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. Durity Distribution is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and guide you through resolving the issue.
